Clean top rails of railings and banisters with wet cloth. Also clean lower rails and supports leaving no spider webs.
Clean insect’s specks off window sills, fire extinguisher boxes, and light fixtures by each door.
Pick up any paper, plastic, debris on your rounds of the buildings
The screened doors and the entry doors are the responsibility of the residents*
Make a list each cleaning day of the repairs that need attention and report them to the management company.

Scope of Work - Condo Maintenance: Laundry
Clean outside and inside of all washers and dryers.
Wash counters, shelves, and top of hot water heater.
Clean behind dryers being careful of taped vent joints.
Remove dirty marks on walls, door and woodwork.
Empty waste basket and make sure there are extra liners in bottom of basket under the bag being used.
Mop the floor.
Turn off light and fan, and lock the door upon leaving.

Rec. Center
Tidy meeting room. I.E stack chairs, cover the pool table, remove trash from tables or floor.
Sweep and wet mop the floor as needed.
Wash tops of cabinets and table tops
Keep windows on door clean.
Clean kitchen counters, appliances. Over, sink and cupboard doors.
Clean bathrooms sink, toilet, and floor.

Scope of Work - Home Watch: Home Inspections
Home Inspections of your vacant home on a regular basis. The frequency of home checks are determined by the homeowner. Most clients prefer to have their homes monitored on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Home inspections include a walk through of the inside and outside of your home and grounds.

Inside:
We check for roof leaks, skylight leaks, window leaks, broken seals on windows, breakage or security problems of doors and windows, warped wood on doors and windows, lighting problems, air and heat adjustments/monitoring according to seasons, thermostat & alarm battery replacement, bug and rodent problems, running of water in sink traps, flushing of toilets, checking for plumbing leaks or problems, checking of fireplaces, appliance monitoring, hot water heaters, garage doors, etc.

Outside:
We check your grounds for erosion problems, drainage issues, rodent damage, pests & insects, exterior home wear and tear (stucco cracks, paint problems, visible roof damage), security problems, landscape monitoring, drip system problems, sink holes, weed control, put delivered packages inside and pick up papers/flyers and debris from yard.
